From the menu that appears, choose the "Polish" option to refine your draft.
Tips & Tricks
Experiment with the refinement chips: Try out the different refinement chips (“Formalise”, “Elaborate”, or “Shorten”) to see how they affect your email draft. This will help you understand how to best use the feature to achieve your desired tone and style.
Use it for both short and long emails: Although the feature appears on drafts with 12 words or more, don't hesitate to use it for longer emails as well. It can help you identify areas where you can improve clarity and conciseness, regardless of the email's length.
Review the output before sending: While the “Polish” feature can be a powerful tool, always review the suggested changes before sending your email. Ensure that the tone and wording align with your intentions and that the AI hasn't inadvertently altered the meaning of your message.
