How do I use it?
Open a document in Google Docs.
Click on the "Proofread" icon in the top left corner. This action will open a box in the top right corner of the screen.
Review the suggested corrections and choose from the following options:
Change: Accept the suggested correction by clicking on the "Change" button.
Ignore: Disregard the suggestion by clicking on the "Ignore" button.
More: Access additional options, such as "Accept all" to accept all suggestions at once or "Ignore all" to disregard all suggestions simultaneously.
The sources also highlight a shortcut to quickly accept or ignore corrections:
Press the "Tab" key to accept the current suggestion.
Right-click on the underlined word to open a context menu with options to accept, ignore, or provide feedback on the suggestion.
