Skills in Chrome

Skills in Chrome allows you to save your most effective Gemini prompts as reusable tools that can be triggered with a single click. This feature eliminates the need to re-enter complex instructions when performing repetitive AI tasks across different websites or documents.

It is available for most Google Workspace editions, including Business, Enterprise, Education, and Frontline tiers. The tool is designed for professionals who use Gemini in Chrome to accelerate daily workflows like summarising reports or drafting emails.

To get started, click the Ask Gemini icon at the top of your Chrome browser to open the side panel. From there, you can create new skills from your prompt history or access your saved library to run them instantly on your current page.
