Take notes for me

Automatically capture meeting notes, decisions, and next steps in Google Meet, with the results saved as a Google Doc in the organiser's Drive. This allows participants to focus on the conversation while ensuring a searchable record is created and shared with invitees after the call.

The feature is included in Google Workspace Business Standard and Plus, as well as Enterprise Standard and Plus editions. It is also available to organisations with eligible Gemini add-ons.

To start, join a meeting on a computer and click the 'Take notes for me' icon at the top right of the screen. You can adjust sharing settings and note length before clicking Start taking notes to begin the capture.
