Create and publish notebooks

NotebookLM Enterprise allows users to create AI-powered notebooks that summarise and extract information from sources like PDFs, Google Docs, and websites. These notebooks are kept within a secure Google Cloud environment, ensuring data remains private to the organisation.

This feature is available for users with Gemini Enterprise Standard or Gemini Enterprise Plus licences. It is designed for teams who need to collaborate on complex documents while maintaining enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Access the project-specific NotebookLM Enterprise URL provided by your administrator and sign in with your work account. Click the option to create a new notebook, upload your source files, and then use the sharing settings to make the notebook available to other users in your project.
