Data Tables

NotebookLM can synthesise information from uploaded sources into structured data tables. This feature allows users to organise complex research, meeting transcripts, or clinical data into a clean, structured format for easier analysis and comparison.

The tool is available to most Workspace and Education users, with usage limits varying by edition. Higher limits are provided for Business Standard, Business Plus, and Enterprise tiers, as well as users with Gemini or AI Access add-ons.

Open a notebook in NotebookLM and navigate to the Notebook Guide. Select the option to generate a data table from your sources, which can then be reviewed or exported to Google Sheets for further work.
