Attendance tracking

Google Meet can automatically track who attended a meeting and for how long, sending a detailed report to the organiser once the call ends. This helps maintain accurate records for large sessions or training workshops without needing manual check-ins.

The feature is available for Business Plus and Enterprise editions. It is not included in Business Starter or Business Standard, even if a Gemini add-on is present, as it depends on the base Workspace edition.

To use it, open a meeting and click the Host controls icon at the bottom right, then toggle Attendance tracking on. A Google Sheets report will be emailed to the organiser after the meeting concludes.
