Indexing organisational data from Google and third-party sources allows Gemini to provide more accurate and context-aware responses based on your company's specific information. This pooled storage ensures that internal documentation is readily available for grounding AI agents and searches.

This feature is for organisations using Gemini Enterprise who want to leverage their own data for AI-powered insights. It is available across all Gemini Enterprise tiers, with storage quotas ranging from 2 GiB to 75 GiB per user.

Open the Google Cloud console, navigate to Gemini Enterprise, and select Connectors to begin setting up data stores for ingestion.
