AI classification in Drive

Automatically label sensitive content in Google Drive using custom AI models trained by your organisation. This system identifies files based on your specific criteria without requiring any programming or manual tagging.

This feature is included with Workspace Enterprise Plus and Frontline Plus editions. It is also available as an add-on for other Business and Enterprise tiers through the AI Security or Gemini Enterprise (Legacy) subscriptions.

To start, open the Admin console and navigate to Security, then Access and data control, and select Classification labels. From there, you can create a new AI model, choose a classification label, and begin the training process with a dataset of existing files.
