Enterprise data regions (per-OU policies)
Enterprise data regions allow administrators to specify where their organisation's data is stored at rest and processed. This version of the feature provides the granularity to apply different geographic policies to specific organisational units or groups rather than the entire organisation.
It is intended for global organisations that must meet strict regional compliance requirements or internal data management standards. The feature is included with Workspace Enterprise Plus and other high-tier editions, or available via the Data Regions add-on.
To set a policy, open the Admin console and navigate to Data, then Compliance, and select Data regions. Choose the desired organisational unit or group from the list on the left before selecting a geographic location and saving the changes.
