Advanced sharing and notebook analytics
NotebookLM allows users to share notebooks with others and view usage analytics to see how people are interacting with the content. It supports private sharing with individuals or groups and provides metrics on daily users and queries.
Advanced sharing features are available to all paid Workspace and Gemini users, while notebook analytics are accessible to everyone, including personal account holders. NotebookLM Enterprise users can share notebooks within their Google Cloud project but cannot share them publicly.
Open a notebook and click the Share button to add collaborators or groups via email. To view usage data, click the Analytics icon to see metrics from the past seven days, provided the notebook has been shared with at least four users.
