Gemini app with enterprise-grade data protection

The Gemini app provides a secure environment for interacting with Google's generative AI, ensuring that prompts and responses remain within the organisation's boundary. This enterprise-grade protection prevents data from being used to train models or being reviewed by humans outside the domain.

This feature is universal for most Google Workspace editions, including Business, Enterprise, Frontline, and Nonprofits, as well as for users with Gemini add-on licences. It is available to all users within these organisations who have the Gemini service enabled by their administrator.

To access the protected version, sign in to the Gemini website using a Workspace account. A shield icon or a message indicating that your data is protected by Workspace usually appears to confirm the enterprise-grade security is active.
