Gemini desktop app for Windows

A dedicated application for Windows 10 and 11 brings Gemini's AI capabilities directly to the desktop. It allows users to interact with Gemini for various tasks without needing to open a web browser, integrating with existing workflows for quick assistance.

Available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts. It is designed for anyone who wants quick AI assistance for tasks like drafting, summarising, or generating content directly from their desktop.

Download the Google Gemini app from gemini.google/desktop. Once installed, use the Alt + Space keyboard shortcut to bring Gemini over your active work. Administrators can manage the Gemini app and its tools via the Generative AI settings in the Workspace Admin console.
