Google Pics: AI image creation and editing

Google Pics is a new application for generating and editing images using artificial intelligence, integrated directly into Google Workspace. It allows users to create images from text prompts, refine existing visuals with precision AI tools, and perform tasks like upscaling or text editing within images.

This feature is available to users on Workspace Business Standard and Plus, Enterprise Standard and Plus, Google AI Pro and Ultra, Google AI Pro for Education, and AI Expanded Access. It is designed for anyone needing to create or modify images efficiently within their Workspace workflow.

To get started, open Google Pics and type a prompt to generate an image, or import an image from your computer, Drive, or Photos for editing. Within Docs or Slides, select an image and use the integrated Pics tools for editing.
