This feature is for anyone who wants to reduce digital clutter in their Drive and maintain an organised file system with minimal manual effort. It is available to eligible Google Workspace and Google AI plans.
In My Drive or any parent folder, look for the 'Suggest File Moves' entry point. Review the recommendations for moving files to existing folders or creating new ones, then approve the changes.
