Share Gemini app content via Google Drive

You can now share content created in the Gemini app, including chats, canvases, and generated media, using the standard Google Drive sharing interface. This leverages Drive's existing infrastructure for secure and consistent sharing of AI-generated assets.

This feature is available to all Google Workspace customers and is particularly useful for teams and educators who need to collaborate on or distribute AI-generated content. Sharing is governed by your organisation's existing Drive sharing policies.

From the Gemini web interface, select the chat, canvas, or generated media you wish to share. Use the standard sharing menu, similar to how you share Google Docs, to grant access to individuals or groups, or to generate a shareable link.
