Workspace Studio now includes a suite of enterprise-grade security and governance controls, alongside new capabilities for cross-user collaboration. These features provide administrators with granular control over agent identities, access management, auditing, and data loss prevention for automated workflows.

Designed for organisations requiring stringent security, compliance, and oversight for their AI-powered automation. Specific DLP features are available for Frontline Standard/Plus, Enterprise Standard/Plus, Education Fundamentals/Standard/Plus, and Enterprise Essentials Plus.

Administrators can manage these settings within the Admin console, including a new Agent access management dashboard. Users will experience new collaboration steps within Studio flows, with actions attributed to the flow itself or the owner, based on admin settings.
