Looping and iteration in Workspace Studio

Workspace Studio flows can now iterate over lists of items or rows from Google Sheets, enabling more complex and repetitive automation tasks.

This feature is for users and administrators who build automated workflows in Workspace Studio, particularly those needing to process multiple data points or perform actions for each item in a collection. It is available across most Workspace Business, Enterprise, and Education editions, as well as AI add-ons.

When configuring an 'Ask Gemini' step, select 'List' in the 'Response format' section. Then, add the new 'Repeat for each' step to process each item in the generated list or each row from a connected Google Sheet.
